You are about to spend heavily on your new kitchen. It's all to easy to make a costly mistake - and that's the last thing you want to do!
Tips:
» Discuss plumbing, electrical and gas positions while your old kitchen is still in place – this will eliminate any problems later on.
» Ensure that all your tradesmen discuss a timetable of works to be carried out for plumbing, electrical and gas installations BEFORE the kitchen is fitted.
» Integrated appliances must have no power points or plumbing behind them. If this is not possible, the wall may need adjusting so that the appliance will fit flush and not protrude from the worktop.
